What you enter in the website inquiry form goes to the person in charge through an inquiry server we operate, and is kept as an inquiry record. We use the information we receive only to review and reply to your inquiry.

How we collect it
- When you select “Send inquiry” on the website inquiry form, what you enter is sent to an inquiry server we operate and kept as an inquiry record.
- If your inquiry can’t be received and you send it as an email draft instead, it reaches us through the email you send yourself from your email app.
- If you contact us directly by email or phone, we receive the information you give us in the process.
Purpose
We use the personal information you send only for reviewing and replying to inquiries.
Retention and use period
We keep it for three years from the date we receive the inquiry and destroy it without delay after that.
