Operations, maintenance, and system enhancement

We assess the current state of your services and systems, and manage priorities with you for stable operations and the next improvements.

An operating structure where checks and improvements repeat in a cycle

Operations are not the last stage of a build but the start of the next improvement.

We set the scope of checks and the response procedures to fit your service environment and the way your organization runs. We track recurring inquiries, early signs of incidents, and change requests in one improvement list, separating the stabilization needed now from the enhancement planned for the next phase.

In our development team, the SI division handles public-sector project maintenance. The service planning & operations team handles customer service operations and enhancement, and improvements to service management.

After checking the system environment, operating hours, and the materials available for transition-in (taking over operations), we agree with you on the support scope and how we respond.

When requests pile up but the impact of changes is unclear

If this sounds familiar

  • Hard to see the impact of changes

Without enough documentation and history, it’s hard to tell which features even a small fix will affect.

  • Recurring operational issues

Similar inquiries and errors keep coming up, but their causes and the responses aren’t recorded systematically.

  • A growing backlog of improvement requests

With no criteria for weighing urgency against business value, requests pile up and priorities keep shifting.

We run checks, changes, and improvements as one operating process.

Operations assessment

We review the system setup, key work, change history, and recurring issues to pin down what needs managing.

Check & response procedures

We define check items suited to your service, plus procedures for logging, analyzing, and addressing issues.

Change & documentation management

We link each request to the record of the change made, and keep reference documents up to date for operators.

Feature enhancement

We analyze feedback from users and operators and build an improvement roadmap based on impact and difficulty.

From transition-in to retrospective, we run operations in cycles.

  1. Transition-in & assessment

We review operating materials, system access, and current issues, and agree on the support scope.

  2. Operating standards

We set practical procedures for checks, request intake, impact analysis, and applying changes.

  3. Stabilization & improvement

Throughout the operating period, we repeat a cycle of monitoring, request intake, improvement, and deployment, refining features and operations in the agreed order of priority.

  4. Retrospective & next plan

We review what was handled and the remaining risks, and update the improvement items for the next period.

Project deliverables

  • System and operations assessment
  • Operational check items and procedures
  • Issue and change request management standards
