From initial consultation
to handover: how we work.

At every stage, we agree up front on what to prepare and which deliverables to produce. Our planning, design, development, and testing teams work as one and carry the project through to operations after the build.

Early on, we map out
what to decide when.

The later a decision surfaces, the more the schedule and scope shift. We divide the path from initial consultation to handover into five stages and set out in advance what to check and what to deliver at each one, so both sides can see where the project stands.

  • Agreement at every stage
  • Decisions in writing
  • Verification in small steps

What to prepare and what we deliver at each stage

In early discussions, we agree with you on each stage’s duration and level of involvement, based on the size of the project.

  1. Initial consultation

We listen to the problem you want to solve and learn about your current environment.

It’s fine if your requirements aren’t defined yet. We start from how you work today and the situations you want to change, and decide with you what to check first.

    Helpful to prepare

    • The problem you want to solve and your goals
    • Main users and the department in charge
    • Current systems and screen materials
    • RFP or planning documents (if any)

    Deliverables we prepare together

    • Summary of problems and goals
    • List of further materials to check
    • Proposed discovery scope
  2. Discovery

We review your work and systems to set the scope.

We talk with business staff, review the current state of your systems, and agree on the challenges to solve first. We go through existing screens, features, data, and connected systems to separate what can be reused from what needs a new design.

    Helpful to prepare

    • Staff available for interviews
    • List of existing systems and external integrations
    • Data structures and sample data
    • Internal rules on permissions and security

    Deliverables we prepare together

    • Current-state business and requirements specification
    • System and operations assessment
    • Priorities and project scope
  3. Design

We design the structure, integrations, and verification criteria.

We bring work, data, screens, and integration structure together under one set of design standards. We agree on what’s in scope, what’s out of scope, and exception conditions before implementation, so the impact of later changes can be traced.

    Helpful to prepare

    • Your view on screen and feature priorities
    • Design guides and brand assets
    • API and authentication conditions of the systems to connect
    • People who will review and approve

    Deliverables we prepare together

    • User journeys and information architecture
    • Feature and screen design document
    • Service and system architecture
    • Interface and data integration specification
  4. Build & verification

We build in small increments and test each one.

We implement feature by feature and verify each one against real business scenarios and integration conditions. A dedicated testing team checks web standards, cross-browser compatibility, responsiveness, and unit and integration behavior.

    Deliverables we prepare together

    • Implementation and verification results by feature
    • Test results and issue log
    • Data migration and transition plan
  5. Handover

We hand over organized operating documents and procedures.

We transition data and the user environment in stages, document the improvement points found during operation, and hand everything over so the next person in charge can carry on. Operations and enhancement after launch are scoped and agreed separately.

From planning to testing,
the work stays in one organization.

The service planning & operations team, the design team, the development team, and the technology research center take part as each project requires. Within the development team, the testing division independently verifies what has been built.

Testing by a dedicated team,
security from the design stage.

Our testing division checks web standards, browser and device compatibility, and unit and integration behavior. Standards for secure communication, encryption, and logging are set with you when we define requirements.

We start AI projects with a small pilot.

With AI, we check the work, the data, and the points where people review results before we look at the model. We build evaluation criteria around one task whose results are easy to check, try connecting it within a limited scope, and then decide the next step.

  1. Question selection

We pick one task whose results are easy to check.

  2. Evaluation set

We first put together representative questions, expected results, and sources.

  3. Limited rollout

We connect it for a defined set of users and data.

  4. Scale-up decision

We decide based on the evaluation results and the operating workload.

    • Scale up
    • Refine
    • Stop
